Managing Director
Scott founded the company in 2010 and rules it with an iron fist. A dab hand in all aspects of design like print, video and web development, he’s first and foremost the ideas man who manages the creative chaos and keeps everybody motivated (usually with rousing speeches, blackmail or pizza).
Rich
Operations Director
One of Kensa’s founding fathers, Rich studied Graphic Design at University College Falmouth, where his Cornish passion began. He's involved in all aspects of running the agency and, no matter the deadline or crazy request, always has a smile on his face.
Jess
Creative Director
Jess leads the design team to deliver insightful ideas and creative campaigns for our clients, turning her hand to anything from brand strategy to illustration and UX design. When she’s not brainstorming, Jess can be found tackling an interior design project and is no stranger to a power tool!

Head of Video
A musician at heart, Ben discovered his love for directing through recording his own music videos. Years later, his favourite part of the job is being on location, liaising with clients and overseeing shoots. He's also an avid cap fan, with 20+ in his collection - hats off to him!
Suz
Head of Marketing
A lover of all things creative, Suz fell into marketing by accident after university and needing a job! 15+ years later, she’s worked for clients across a range of industries, specialising in digital marketing. At home you’ll find her engrossed in a juicy novel or the latest true-crime documentary.
Adele
Content Specialist
Our resident wordsmith, Adele is supremely organised and interested in all things digital marketing. She also likes a good cup of tea!
Alice
Marketing Executive
Alice began her career with a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, learning the ropes about client & project management. Born in Estonia, she’s fluent in Russian and when not in the office you’ll find her at the gym, creating her latest oil painting or trying to expand her movie knowledge.
Kat
Design Operations Manager
A long admirer of art, Kat applied her creative streak in a practical way, studying Graphic Design. Talent and years of experience have forged her into an expert of all things layout & composition. She’s a keen collector of lip balms and funky water bottles, her favourite being named Frost.
Nik
Lead Brand Designer
A talented digital & print designer, Nik’s been drawing from an early age (rumour has it he chose design to 'avoid wearing a shirt & tie all day'). He once featured on the TV show, Tipping Point, and when not designing, you’ll find him rocking out to pop punk.
Chloe
Lead Digital Designer
Chloe studied visual communication following a lifelong love of art & design. A keen eye for all things layout, she’s a typography perfectionist - it’s all about getting the right typeface! If she’s not designing, she’s mixing up her favourite cocktail, baking or cooking up something tasty.
Lydia
Graphic Designer
Lydia has been an artist from a young age. Studying Product Design at University, she moved on from decorating her mum’s walls (yes, she did do this!) and fell in love with branding. Lydia is a keen gardener and has a healthy collection of 14 house plants.
Andy
Graphic Designer
Creative from a young age, Andy's a dab hand in graphic design, animation & video editing. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with his wife and son, getting lost in a good book (especially Sci-Fi) or completing a Rubik cube in 1 minute…just don’t watch him!
Amber
Graphic Designer
A naturally artistic child, Amber found her passion for graphic design after studying fashion. Since then, she’s honed her skills, excelling in creating eye-catching graphics that tell customer stories. She loves a period drama and has spent many evenings watching Downtown Abbey and Bridgerton!
Maisey
Junior Designer
After having her own small business designing music posters & prints, Maisey joined us as a Graphic Design apprentice. She’s always loved art, especially digital design on her iPad. Outside of work, you’ll find her at a gig, enjoying a bottomless brunch or watching Mamma Mia!
Luke
Web Developer
Luke has a long history working with WordPress, incredible knowledge of code and a background in UX design. He juggles everything from responsive themes, bespoke builds and complex database solutions – all with a cheeky smile on his face. When not coding, he’s often found in his favourite tattoo studio.
Stu
Web Developer
Our adventure-loving Web Developer originally wanted to become a Palaeontologist but, luckily for us, he decided to combine his natural aptitude for computing with a love for art and design. Stu has backpacked across 5 continents, jumped out of planes, bungeed, white water rafted and tipped the occasional cow.
Dan
3D Technical Lead
A skilled animator, Dan studied Graphic Design, but became fascinated by 3D & motion design, often wondering ‘how much cooler it could be if it moved’. Hours of YouTube later, he’s a real pro at it. A keen gamer, he's often on his PC with the latest video game release.
Mike
Video & VFX
After sharing his work online, Mike found a passion for visual effects, excelling in 2D & 3D projects - his favourites are those where he can add extra magic!
Mike’s a firm believer in rock, paper, scissors and has used it to make many important life decisions.
Kieran
2D Animator
After attending a university open day (which was more aimlessly wandering around classrooms), Ki found his love for animation somewhat by accident and hasn’t looked back since. A natural perfectionist, he specialises in character animation and even taught himself to backflip from watching YouTube videos.
David
3D Animator
David began his career as a teenager, making funny clips & music videos for friends (he still won’t share the links with us). He's since honed his skills exploring the worlds of 2D & 3D animation to create show-stopping videos. He's also a dab-hand at cooking!
Sam
3D Designer
Following his passion for video games and CGI heavy movies, Sam studied animation at university. His favourite part of the job is creating something from nothing and see it come to life. In his spare time, Sam geeks out on horology and historical technology and is a qualified scuba diver!
Tom
3D Animator
Following a career in engineering where he used CAD & 3ds Max, Thomas changed career paths, studying games & real-time 3D at uni. A decade on, he enjoys creating experiences that are based in reality with a creative flair. Away from the screen, he enjoys audiobooks, games and Chicken Burger Fridays!
Chris
3D Animator
As one of our animators, Chris loves the versatility of 3D motion design, applying his broad creative background to create visual solutions for a problem. When he’s not looking for new places to get harem pants, you’ll find him watching comedy or dabbling in a creative project.
Jon
Videographer
A passionate camera enthusiast, Jon loves anything with a lens. Skilled in both video and photography, he's always looking for his next artsy shot. Jon likes to push himself to the limits in all aspects of life and is an avid cold-water swimmer (brr!)
Kay
Office Manager
With a background in Business Admin, Kay devoted 2 years to obtaining her HR qualifications. Her knowledge and bubbly personality ensures processes are up to date, clients remain happy and the team thrives. Her guilty pleasure is getting her nails done and she loves any excuse for a good boogie.
Laura
Accounts
When she’s not keeping an eye on the finances, Laura’s on hand to answer queries, help clients, make sure the office runs smoothly. She’s a true Pinterester – either searching for her next craft project or baking sweet treats that she (sometimes) brings in to share.
