We’re searching for a visually-driven designer with a keen eye for detail to help transform complex ideas into stunning, client-friendly presentations. If you love turning cluttered content into sleek, engaging layouts that wow audiences – this is the role for you!
Working between PowerPoint and Adobe Suite, your job is to inject creativity and visual impact into all types of client presentations. You’ll handle everything from narrative structure and content reformatting to hero imagery and smooth animations – all whilst keeping things user-friendly and on brand.
Working at Kensa
We run an informal, friendly studio environment where you’ll have the freedom to develop your strengths, learn new skills and really make the role your own. We’ll supply the latest software, a shiny Mac and as much coffee as you can drink (plus the occasional pizza).
Previous experience
At least 2 years experience in either a creative agency or in-house design role is recommended, but we’ll consider making exceptions for strong portfolios or experience in roles with transferable skills.
You’ll need to have:
- Strong visual layout skills and acute attention to detail.
- Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint; you’ll need to know all features and settings like master slides, templates, styles, animations and transitions from back to front.
- Ability to turn heavy or complex content and turn it into polished, easy-to-digest slide layouts that are presentation ready.
- Strong language and communication skills to interpret content, extract key messages and build clear, logical narrative flows.
- Confidence using Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) to create supporting graphics from scratch.
- Experience simplifying or re‑formatting technical diagrams, graphs and data visualisations.
- Confident file and slide management to keep files optimised and client‑friendly.
- A love of structure and consistency – you’re happiest when you’re refining slide hierarchies, tidying content and making complex information feel effortless to follow.
It’s a bonus if you bring:
- Experience dealing with clients directly – presenting work and taking on board feedback with communicating updates.
- Editorial skills and/or UX experience (transferable skills for information hierarchy, readability and flow).
- Broader design and layout experience that you can bring into slide work.
You’ll get
A competitive salary based on what you can bring to the team, a great benefits package and a genuinely nice environment to work in. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Expect 31 days’ holiday including bank holidays (plus your birthday off), pension, health cash plan, high‑spec kit, training opportunities, free refreshments and regular team days.
- A flexible, informal studio environment built around quality output rather than box-ticking
- A benefits package including a health cash plan and a 4-day working week after probation
