An exciting, yet slightly terrifying array of activities awaited us at Shrewsbury Sports Village, from Donkey Derby to the Sack Race.
Kensa does…the Olympics?
What started out as a bit of lighthearted fun soon became the lesser-known Shrewsbury Olympics – a smaller, but no less competitive, cousin of Paris 2024.
Let’s just say we remember this type of thing being much easier when we were children!
And the winners are…
The ultimate prize for our randomly assigned teams was the coveted Kensa medal. Fierce battles were fought, some were won and others lost – along with our dignity. In the end, the ultimate winners were the Orange Team, made up of Luke, Jess, Kat, David and Rich. Congratulations!
Jess Morris, Creative Director at Kensa commented:
Winning Kensa Sports Day was the highlight of 2024 so far. I’d like to thank all of my colleagues – well, those on my team at least.
…after all that hard work we thought we deserved a beer, so headed off to the pub.
With our wide range of in-house skills encompassing web development, graphic design and branding, live action video, CGI and marketing strategy, teamwork is essential to us at Kensa. Away days like this are just one way that we foster a culture of teamwork to get the best out of each member of our team.
