Wolverhampton based Health Cash Plan provider, Paycare initially approached Kensa for a brochure redesign, but it soon became clear that their external image didn’t match their personality. The project quickly evolved into a full brand repositioning, building up to a complete overhaul of their online presence and more.
Paycare’s brand motto was “people are at the heart of everything we do”, but their outdated marketing material was bland and corporate. We developed their new image around a people-centric illustration style designed to represent their values and community in a diverse and fun way.
The website needed to promote plans whilst providing a smooth journey for existing customers. We developed fun features including an interactive plan finder and a bespoke avatar builder alongside functionality like API integration and a customer login portal for making claims online; a true example of creativity and technical wizardry working together!
Since 2016 we’ve forged a close partnership with Paycare to support their ongoing marketing needs, delivering everything from regulatory-compliant policy documentation to football club sponsorship campaigns, promotional animated videos, engaging sales literature and even a whole year’s worth of activity to celebrate their 150th anniversary. Phew!
