We’re looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a multifaceted role that puts you at the heart of client relationships, project excellence, and creative content delivery. You’ll be the strategic bridge between our creative teams and key client accounts, orchestrating campaigns whilst crafting compelling content that drives engagement.

You’ll own your portfolio of projects whilst building lasting relationships and creating content that resonates with target audiences. Based within our Marketing team, you’ll work across all our specialist disciplines – from design and video to web and strategic marketing.

Video Script Development

- Format adaptation: Adapt content for various video formats (social videos, explainers, testimonials, product demos)
Blog Content & Long-Form Writing
- SEO-optimized content: Create blog posts that rank well whilst providing genuine value to target audiences
- Thought leadership: Develop content that positions clients as industry experts and trusted voices
- Content series planning: Plan and execute multi-channel content campaigns that build audience engagement over time
Campaign Messaging & Copy
- Campaign concept development: Create overarching messaging frameworks that work across multiple content formats

- A/B testing content: Develop multiple content variations for testing and optimization
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience:
- Marketing agency background strongly preferred. You understand the pace, creativity, and client service excellence that agencies demand
- Content creation experience: Proven ability to write engaging social media posts, video scripts, blog content, etc.
- Multi-format writing: Experience adapting tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Proven project coordination or management experience
- Excellence in client communication and relationship building
- Strong attention to detail with commercial awareness
- Experience with project management tools and file organisation systems
