Laura Hughes – Financial Fanatic
With her background in all kinds of business administration and naturally bubbly personality, Laura excels in her diverse role at Kensa, supporting our creative team by keeping everything (and everyone) organised.
When she’s not managing customer accounts, overseeing internal operations and keeping an eye on the finances, Laura is on hand to answer queries, help our clients, and generally make sure everyone is happy.
Favourite type of work
Laura loves nothing more than ensuring everything is in the right place, from folders, files and important paperwork down to every last paperclip in the office! We rely on Laura’s sharp coordination skills to keep things tidy and efficient for both us and our clients.
Outside work
When she’s not looking after her two girls, Laura can usually be found searching the wonderful world of Pinterest for her next craft project, or baking sweet treats in the kitchen that she (sometimes) brings in to share with the rest of the team.

I’ve been watching this business grow from the beginning, so when the opportunity came up to work with Kensa after having my two children, I realised I could get the best of both worlds. Working with such a creative team makes every day here enjoyable!
